Eight10 is a fun, fresh, and easy-drinking Rhone-inspired red blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Zinfandel that capture richness and freshness. Ripe boysenberry, cherry compote, and strawberry unfold on the nose alongside crushed mint and a hint of eucalyptus. Silky and expressive, the palate bursts with cranberry and nutmeg, allowing the spicy tannins to provide a supple texture that carries just enough grip to balance the generous fruit. A subtle lift of white pepper lingers on the finish, making this a beautifully layered wine, crafted to be savored in its youth.

Our journey was founded by our wedding on August 10 (Eight10) and after decades of dreaming and saving, an amazing property came on the market on our 30^th wedding anniversary; August 10^th!  Now, three years later we have bottled our first vintage of wine and formally launched Creekcut on August 10^th…thus the significance of our Rhône style red wine blend name; Eight10.
