2023 GSM
This wine is a classic GSM blend of 36% Grenache, 32% Syrah, and 32% Mourvèdre, aged in 67% new French oak barrels for depth and expression. Showing a deep ruby to purple hue, the nose opens with bright ripe raspberry, followed by baking spice notes of cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate, purple plum, cassis, and anise layer with spiced berry and subtle fruit cake character. Dusty tannins create structure, while spice and dark fruit carry through a long, lingering finish. Crafted with the intention of aging, this wine will continue to evolve beautifully over time.
