The Cut takes inspiration from music while representing a blend designed to stand a cut above. Composed of 70% Grenache and 30% Petite Sirah and aged in 70% new French oak barrels, it shows a brilliant deep ruby in the glass. The nose opens with black plum, sweet cherry, and cherry pie aromatics. On the palate, the wine is dark and inky, with layered black fruit character and a warm, powerful core. Refined tannins create structure with a subtle grain across the upper lip, while remaining polished and not overly drying. Built for longevity, this wine will reward patience in the cellar.
