Our unconventional ode to Paso Robles, blending three next-generation Rhône varieties—Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre—with Zinfandel, our region’s heritage grape dating back to the 1800s. The aroma profile is loaded with plum, boysenberry and allspice. A supple, delicious palate is driven by dried cherry flavors, mouthwatering acidity and spicy tannins. 198 cases produced.
Our journey was founded by our wedding on August 10 (Eight10) and after decades of dreaming and saving, an amazing property came on the market on our 30th wedding anniversary; August 10th! Now, three years later we have bottled our first vintage of wine and formally launched Creekcut on August 10th…thus the significance of our Rhône style red wine blend name; Eight10.
